Release of QGIS 3.14 Pi

Recently, the new QGIS version 3.14 (Pi) was released. It is a version without long term support, but with more new features than ever.

Highlights among the numerous new features are the following:

• Support of time filtering and animation in the QGIS core, layouts, server and expressions.
• Numerous improvements and performance improvements for mesh data, including animation support in core and new representations in 2D and 3D
• Vector tile support for the loading, styling and labeling. Possibility to generate vector tiles from QGIS projects.
• Numerous improvements in the processing framework and the graphical modeler. Models can be run from the command line, without having to start QGIS desktop.
• Many improvements and additions for expressions, like with any new release.
• New developer tools for inspecting network requests and responses and the QGIS startup process.
